Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can buy from Victory Culture and how to cancel or change an order. It works alongside our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Purchase Options

  • Standard orders: Most of our apparel is made to order just for you. Please allow 8–12 days total for production and delivery within the US.
  • Bundles: Bundle pricing (for example, any 2 tees for $70, any 3 tees for $99, or any 2 hoodies for $105) applies automatically in your cart to eligible items. If you return part of a bundle, your refund is based on the bundle price you paid, not the regular single-item price.
  • Limited and seasonal drops: Limited edition and seasonal items, such as Halloween releases, are produced for a limited time. Once a drop ends, the item may not be restocked.
  • Pre-orders: If an item is marked as a pre-order, the expected ship date is shown on the product page. Your payment is collected at checkout and your order ships when the item becomes available. We will email you if the estimated date changes.
  • Discount codes: Only one discount code can be used per order, unless the code says otherwise. Discounts cannot be applied to past orders.

Order Cancellations

Because our apparel is made to order, production starts soon after you place your order. You can cancel or change your order (size, color, or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@victoryculture.shop with your order number.

  • Within 12 hours: We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After 12 hours: Your order has likely entered production and can no longer be canceled or changed. Once it arrives, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Refund Policy.
  • Shipped orders: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Pre-orders: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

Cancellations by Victory Culture

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if an order appears fraudulent. If this happens, we will notify you by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Approved cancellation refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, they typically appear within 5–10 business days.
