Shipping Policy
Thanks for representing a Culture of Victory. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing & Delivery Time
Most of our apparel is made to order just for you. Please allow 8–12 days total for production and delivery within the US. In-stock items may ship sooner. International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. If an order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, they may arrive in separate packages.
US Shipping Rates
- FREE Economy shipping on all US orders of $99 or more
- Orders under $99: $4.96 flat-rate Economy shipping
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and select countries in Asia and the Middle East. International shipping is a flat rate of $11.96–$14.96 depending on the items in your order, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only before your order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is no longer in our control. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us. We will do our best to help you file a claim.
